12/24 Pack Code Problems | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Almost every time I enter a code for a 12- or 24-pack, I get the message "oops... something went wrong", and the points aren't added. How do I get my points?

Sorry about that, Adam. We can get you those points though. Just call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
