12 days of holiday rewards promotion, "Quantities are limited, one reward per member."

Does this mean one reward *per day* or one reward for the entire promotion period?

I followed all the instructions using two different web browsers, but your site is not allowing me to redeem for rewards since Tuesday. I tried this at 6am. What's the deal? Others having same issues.
