12 days still not recieved | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I have asked before and received no response. I ordered quite a few items during the 12 days of Christmas. I have not received them even though the status says shipped. I saved my points all year long in order to do this. Who do I need to contact to receive my items?

That is odd, Sasha. Can you call us about this? Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
