I've got a code from a 12-pack of Caffeine Free Diet Coke with an unreadable first line. How can I get credit for it?

got to the contact us and send them a message with the info above plus the code, i use ? for what i cant read and give them the rest. they credit you within 2 days and send email response telling you when they did
