I redeemed my points on december for 12 can coke but still I didn't receive my reward,in status its showing in process.

Lohu, please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through
Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to
‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist
you individually.
