15-digit codes | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I have codes from 12-cans boxes that are 15-digit, and I am getting an error when I try to enter them. Are they not valid any more?

Sorry to hear that Lucia. Would you mind please giving us a call so that we can connect you with an agent directly? Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They will make sure you get credited for those points.
