20 codes not unlocking

http://www.mycokerewards.com/content/... i have entered over 21 codes to get a ticket for a amusement park and still has not unlocked whats the deal?

I had the same problem. I called customer service and they are supposed to get back to me in 5 business days

I have attempted to enter multiple codes and it tells me there is something wrong with the code, but the codes are entered correctly.
