2013 NCAA "Bracket Challenge" Game Issue/Problem. | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I qualified for 5 entries in the Coke Zero "Bracket Challenge" game two days ago. Before playing "BC", I attempted to enter some Nabisco codes. Low & behold, the offer to use my five eligible chances to play "BC" disappeared! I would like the MCR oversight committee to kindly "replace" the lost entries into my account. I got credit for 15 MCR points (for the 5 Coke Reward cap entries), but failed to receive the five chances to play "Bracket Challenge" that day. I am extremely upset. Please assist me...

Hi Sam, please give us a call about this. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.

why is it that all the questions we are asking states us to call someone???/ This game sucks just as all of the instant win games on mycokerewards site....they are a complete waste of points and I do not believe anyone ever wins anything on the instant win games!!! I've lost many points in the last few weeks playing these games knowing sooner or later I'd have to win something as much as I had played....to no avail.
