I am unable to "pick" from the sweepstakes prizes on my I-pad after entering 4 codes! What do I do? Entered one on my laptop and worked fine.

Hi Kaija, we're sorry to hear that. Can you please call us about this? Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
