2months still no rewards | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I got an email saying that my stuff was being shipped and that they would b here in 15-20 days and its been over a month almost 2 y haven't I gotten my rewards yet

Hi Tiffany, please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to
reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how
MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you
individually.
