5 in 1 wireless headphones | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I received the wireless headphones in the mail today can only get them to work with the radio. They won't pick up the anything else. Where can I go for help?

I never get any electric stuff off of Coke! Never really works! And the support team doesn't help much!!! $$$$$$

Please give us a call anytime between 9 a.m.–7 p.m. EST Monday - Friday at 866-674-2653 to speak with an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually, either to provide you with a replacement reward or to refund your points.

make sure you use good batteries in the tower or look for a power outlet for it
