I logged in today to find that my account was 500 points less. My account shows that on 8/24, two orders were placed for Best Buy rewards credits, and I did not do that. When I clicked on award details, it said that en email would come to me with reward details, but I never got any emails. I just changed my password in the event my account was hacked, but is there any way to refund those points to me?
