5 in 1 Headphone "Emitter" Problem | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I received my 5 in 1 wireless headphones yesterday and the "emitter" is not transmitting a wireless signal. ID: 16070. Headphones work but not wireless when attached to TV as described in user's manual. No place to contact for issues or concerns.

Hi Thomas, we apologize for the issue you are having in your recent reward redemption. Please give us a call anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday at 866-674-2653 to speak with an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually, either to provide you with a replacement reward or to refund your points.
