5 in 1 headphones - low quality audio - return for points refund

I received the 5 in 1 headphones I redeemed points for, but am dissatisfied with the sound quality. It is definitely nothing close to "high quality super bass" sound. Plus it took over 1/2 an hour for us to be able to even get the wireless headphones function to work. I would like to return these and get my points refunded to use for something else.

Hi Erika, we apologize for your dissatisfaction in your recent reward redemption. Please give us a call anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday at 866-674-2653 to speak with an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually, either to provide you with a replacement reward or to refund your points.
