Igot the 5n1 headphones. I went out and bout a $30 battery that wasn't included. They dont work. i want to return it and get my pooints back. How do I go about doing this?

Hi Brandy. We apologize for your dissatisfaction in your recent reward redemption. Please give us a call anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday at 866-674-2653 to speak with an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually, either to provide you with a replacement reward or to refund your points.
