9-30 deadline came and went, still no Gift Card

I was assured the gift cards would arrive by 9-30-13 (yesterday). I called yesterday and spoke to Debra (conversation reference # 8002871184) and she assured me that I would get it by email by the end of the day. I still don't have it. I checked in spam folder and it isn't there either. Sooo...what now?
