$3.00 off 12 pack coupon. Was it in original email? How do I get it back?

I turned in enough points a few weeks ago to get the $3 off of a 12 pack of coke coupon. I"m guessing it was in the actual email and I didn't realize it. Is there any possible way I can get it back. You can see I had the points and turned them in. please help.

Hi Melissa, Coca-Cola coupons typically take 5-6 weeks to complete processing and fulfillment. Have you checked under your Account where it says "Redemption History" to see the status of the shipment? After ordering a reward you'll be provided with the estimated shipping time in a confirmation email.
