hi I redeem my points more than 6 weeks ago for 6 $3.00 off 12 pack coke coupons and i'm still waiting, I recive a email on may 04 that tell me it's already shipping but I still waiting and I don't want a miss a super sale this week!!!!

Most rewards usually ship within 2-4 weeks, but some may take longer. Coca-Cola coupons typically take 5-6 weeks, DVD orders may take 6-8 weeks and magazine subscriptions usually take up to 8-10 weeks to complete processing and fulfillment. Have you checked under your Account where it says "Redemption History" to see the status of the shipment? After ordering a reward you'll be provided with the estimated shipping time in a confirmation email.

I check my account and I see I reddem my points 9 weeks ago and still say processing how can we do???

Hi Monika, please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
