Once again there are issues with receiving the email that is suppose to contain the link to redeem a $5 Olive Garden gift card. The last time I had this issue, it was with Pogo memberships.
An email has already been sent to ePrize and was told I would hear back within 3 days, glad I did not hold my breath because no response has been received as of yet.
How difficult is it to generate these emails when we redeem our reward points? The emails come through quick enough when a live human generates them! You really need to look at who you subcontracted this job to because they are not doing their job!
