"Chose Less Win Big" is defective | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I entered 2 codes for the "choose less win big sweepstakes" but got an error message when trying to use my bonus entries. "Chip" told me to log out and back in, but like I expected, the offers disappeared. I would like them back, but I don't want to spend all night on the phone with a robot. Can anyone tell me how to work the thing?

Same issue with that but once you log out and back in they are gone for good. You would think Chip knew that.
