Account problem | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I could not get into my account, so I said I forgot my pass wore, which I had not forgotten. They instructed me to get a new password. After following directions, instead of just a new password, I also have a new account also. It works, but I have los my reword points on my old account. How do I recover them?
