Hi Qiuli, just give us a call and we will be glad to help. Call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.

i cant enter into my account, it says email address not reconized. i know at least 3 other people that have the same problem, help.

I have been signed up with this program for a little while now and I recieve email notifications all the time.Well everytime I log in or try to it always says the passcode is not reconised and I have to end up resetting it everytime. Well I reset it to same code as before everytime. I did this on purpose to make sure it just wasnt me forgetting it. It annoying having this issue everytime I want to log in and add points
