Account not accepting codes anymore

I keep getting this error message: "Oops-there was an error in the code you entered. Here's some info that might help:
Codes aren't case sensitive. No spaces are required. If it looks like an "O," it's actually a zero."

It started today when I had trouble putting in one code. Code will work in my husband's account. It is a new code and it is entered correctly.

That is odd, Dawn. We can look into this for you. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
