Account seems to be locked and won't accept new codes this week

Hi I have tried all week to enter points and it tells me I'm over the limit for the week but I haven't been able to enter any points this week.. Can anyone help . It stopped letting me enter anything last saturday

Hey Stacey, we can look into this for you. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
