I have been a loyal Coke customer and have participated in
the Coke rewards program for years. Do not ever move if you would like to
continue redeeming points for rewards. I updated my address one year ago on my
coke rewards (I have emails proving it) and it continues to revert back to my
old address which means I will not be receiving any of my Holiday rewards for
the second year in a row, even after the tedious Instagram and Twitter
challenges this year. The gift cards have not yet shipped but they say it is
too late to correct the issue (again) and they will be sent to the old address.
I spoke with customer service and the rep was very rude. I have never posted a
comment or complaint about a company in my life but I am furious and will no
longer be purchasing coke products.

I contacted customer service via email and phone and only get a response instructing me how to update my address in my profile and explaining that my rewards will be returned to Coke and my points will be credited which is unacceptable given this is the 2nd year this has happened. The issue is that the system changed my personal information without my consent. This issue needs to be resolved and the rewards that I earned that haven’t shipped yet need to be sent to my current address. I don’t know if you need to contact the fulfillment center or credit my points right now in time to submit additional challenges or what. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
