AFTER ORDERING A GIFT CARD (when new program starting), WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS DISCONTINUED. NEVER RECEIVED THE $25

When I read that the program was being changed for schools, we were told that the points at schools would expire. We used all of our points to purchase some sports equipment and a gift card for S&S (company fulfilling the rewards). We received the sports equipment, but the company told us that the gift certificate was discontinued. As a school, we lost out on $25 dollars worth of items. We had parents donate their points, yet we lost out on the $25 dollar gift certificate.
