All my points have disappeared | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I enter my points every 4 or 5 weeks. I was last on my account in early October. I had over 800 points that are now gone. How do I get them back?

Hi JJ, Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9 a.m.-7 p.m. EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
