All Of My Points Just Vanished.

All of my points disappeared from my account tonight. My account was active and there should be no reason to just take them away from me. I see from the posts that it is happening to other members as well. I would like my points returned to my account. This is very upsetting.

I have just finally been able to get back on only to find it took thousands of points from me. Just rediculous, and now to find out they change it all for themselves, come on Coke we are your customers don't make that change.

I emailed about my point total being reset to zero when it was over 14,000 and the response said to allow 72 hours for the issue to be resolved. I received that response 11 days ago. Hopefully this "glitch" is fixed soon so I can enter the codes that are piling up.

Hi Greg, Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? MCR will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Internet Explorer 9 or higher and FF 16 or higher are also supported but may affect complete enjoyment of the full MCR experience.

Yes, I've tried three different browsers and two computers and two laptops. I logged in one day and entered codes and had over 14,000 points then I logged in a few days later to enter more and my total was zero. I entered a few codes to see if my points would come back but now my account only has 21 points. I just hope the problem gets corrected or I've been entering codes since the program started for nothing.
