Alpine Meadows Instant win game not loading

I was playing the instant win game for the Ultimate Winter Vacation at Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows - it deducted my points and then my game froze =( Is something wrong with the game? Can I get my entry points back? When will it be fixed? My boyfriend and our daughter would love to go there.
