Although I entered codes AND used tham too, I am still warned that my points are to be expired.

On 9/3 I entered bunch of new codes and filled the weekly allowance. After that I made two purchases using my points. Today (9/4) I received a mail warning me that my points are about to expire. I checked the web site if the error was corrected, but the warning was still there. Is this normal procedure and the warning will dissappear only when I delete it? I do not want my points to expire by a technical error. Thank you for your help.

If your points do expire, Elif, just let us know and we can reinstate them. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
