AMC Movie Ticket Redemption | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I redeemed points on 11/27 for AMC movie tickets. I have checked my spam and inbox for email to print as instructed when redeemed. I have enjoyed this reward in the past but tickets were mailed to my house. Were these sent by traditional mail? If by e-mail, what should I do now?
