Amusement Park 2-Ticket Package Sweepstakes - was the drawing done on July 14th as stated in the rules?

One of the last MCR sweeps was for Cedar Fair Amusement Park 2-Ticket Packages - with 3500 of them awarded. The drawing was supposed to be on July 14th - Was it? And where would I find the winners list?
