I have been up all night very upset about the issues I have had. I even cried about it and that is not me!! I sent you an email about the issues and you were so nice. I thought the problem had been taken care of til yesterday when my daughter noticed (after all this time) we had NEVER been credited back the points!! Here is the whole conversation:

I am very upset. My kids & I have been saving my points & was so happy a few months ago to buy a red mouse, 2 mp3 players & binoculars.totaling 5,295 points. I had to send it ALL back!! The mouse has NEVER worked right and wow batteries? I am changing them daily. last night i reached my breaking point. Between that, the 2 MP3 players that suck, & the binoculars that came BROKE it was really bad. I feel like everyone is laughing at me. I yell at everyone to only get coke products. My family is only allowed products from coke and now they are teasing me that i got junk. I would really like to just have my 5,295 points back. I even wasted my money sending them back, and WAS TOLD they they got them. But never got my points.

SO, THAT day I called. A real nice guy helped me me PLUS he credited my points for caps I could read all of. (OR SO I THOUGHT)
I never checked because I TRUSTED he did it. And my kids are the ones who put them in so they didnt know to look. yesterday I put one in and notice my balance wasn't right. So I called again This time some lady was so unhelpful she made me cry!!

I can not even BEGIN to tell you mad, disgusted, and seriously sad i am that I have wasted so much of my time and my money. I feel like such a fool as I am honestly crying right now. Not to mention all of my friends and family who have collected for me as well. Back in April I got this email from you and immediately called the company as your email told me to do. I can not tell you how thrilled I was at how well i was treated and how fast they resolved my problem. I felt even better when I got a confirmation email confirming that all my points had been added back into my account and how sorry they were for the problems. My children and i have been faithfully saving the points and i am so bad I will not even allow ANYTHING but a coke product into my home. I was so happy I told EVERYONE I knew and even people I didn't know what an amazing company you are. I have a 9 year old son, 13 year old daughter, and 15 year old daughter and this is the joy of their week. They are always fighting over who gets to enter the points each week. Last night my daughter was putting in codes and called me to the computer asking me what I had spent points on. I promised her that I had spent none when she brought it to my attention that we are sure enough missing 6,193 points!! I went to my email and (thankfully I saved a copy of the contents) when I discovered that sure enough I was either NEVER credited the points AS I WAS PROMISED, or they just walked away! Here is a copy of the email I got after speaking to the rep: " Mrs. Bland, I deeply apologize for the problems you had with our merchandise, as well as some of the codes that you were unable to make out. I am angry with myself for trusting your company to do what I was promised. As well as hurt that my children and I have been so deeply committed and bragged to people.
We have been so proud of ourselves for having such an amazing balance. OUR TOTAL BALANCE SHOULD BE 18,996 points.
I do not know why I am crying, except for the fact that when I called just a few minutes ago, I was pretty much told that we were out of luck!
Even though she said it in a nice way, it was a TOTAL CONTRADICTION to what I was told in email as well as on the phone!!
I think I feel the worst for not having checked and I feel like a TOTAL IDIOT for trusting you and the others.
Not only did you NOT credited back my points AS PROMISED, BUT I am also out the FAULTY products that I returned!!
AND it was confirmed they were received back. NOW I am told they have no record of getting them??
I wish you could see how confused and heart broken my children and I REALLY are.
