anyone else having problems getting an reset password email from my coke rewards

sent a reply back to the My Coke Rewards Account Deletion Request, since that seems the only fix now, changed email provider accounts from @outlook to @gmail still no inbox password reset emails at all. from merging @live.com account to @outlook.com social only facebook account converted into normal @outlook.com MCR account then email updated to @gmail.com by phone people help at my coke rewards but still no password reset emails under inbox, from both email providers, will not let me get a password reset email it seems, or something had gone very wrong with my login account at my coke rewards,

thanks again for your help, but I think its the best thing for me to have to create a new account and have the old one deleted from your guys system at this point, I don't think their a easy fix for not getting emails from why emails from mycokerewards@mailusa.coca-cola.com are not reaching me at all
