I have never seen a post or notification on my dashboard about our old points that were saved in the old system. When will this be fixed? There should, at the very least, be a link on the dashboard for "Where are my old points?" pointing to a notice. Instead, you (aka Coke Web Marketing team) have left everyone in the dark.
I started using MCR 10 years ago to donate points to my son's school, but now you have taken that away from not only the general public, but also apparently from the very institutions that are to benefit. Wasn't that one of the reasons that you started this program in the first place?
Sending out an email titled "See How The New MCR Works" with absolutely no changes to the new site since launch is unacceptable. It has been 3 weeks now and no other emails have been sent to users that had existing points in there account. At least send something stating like "
We are aware that you are missing your points and are working to resolve it." Or, heaven forbid, "We're sorry, but the points in your old account are no longer valid and you have to start over."
Get it together, Coca-Cola, you are a multi-billion dollar company that had/has a great thing going that allows the "average joe" to give to charity/education, and you're mucking it up.
