Argh. Cut me off before base limit reached! | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

This Diet Coke promo is messed up. Not only is it saying I already entered some codes that wouldn't work the first time (got a "code entry not working try again later" message), I also haven't hit my base limit yet and it said I reached it! I entered 19 codes and that should be only 57 points. I should get to enter 6 more. Anyone else have that problem?

Hi, Abro. Sorry you’ve had trouble. If you haven’t received your bonus points, please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent.
