At the end of the program I used my points to purchase gift cards from Walmart. I have never received them. Months later.

I had purchased other things before so I had no reason not to trust the program but the two cards I used up my points on, a $10 and a $5 card from Walmart have never arrived. I'm feeling I was scamed.
