Being Fair to your customers....

On a day like today, you announce the double point deal in the middle of the week, so that those of us who already have entered our codes are excluded.

Do you really think that is a good way to handle things??

I subscribe to your alerts, and you said NOTHING about this until TODAY, and you end it on Sunday, ensuring I am locked out.

Is BS, not fair, as I'd been waiting for it to come. People on FB had been talking. But just like the Christmas fiasco, what you say and what you actually do are TWO ENTIRELY different things.

Don't you think that is a bad way to handle customers??

If you want to pull this out of your hat in the middle of the week, at least have the DECENCY to extend it so that EVERYONE has a chance.

Right now, just like Christmas, am feeling screwed, as you say one thing and then do another. All you have to do is let us know and follow through. In the real world, that isn't such a big deal. Not sure why it is such a challenge here....
