Being Penalized my Extra 100 points because two of the codes are Illegible.

Why am I being penalized because codes on your Mello Yello zero 12 pack are illegible? I filled out the email and provided as much of the TWO codes that I could read as I just needed to enter two more codes for the extra 100 points...The response I received back was basically you're SOL and the only way you qualify for the 100 extra points is to enter them on the site...so i called customer service and explained to "Gwen"....if they were legilbe I could enter them on the site and get my extra 100 points...her response...you can always buy more 12 packs for codes since the contest isnt over yet...My customer service ticket # is 8002022805,
