I just supposedly "unlocked" the Best Buy gift card and it shows up nowhere. This Beta Rewards program is the most frustrating and ridiculous program I have ever seen. I just spent 2 hours trying to figure this out without any support from Coke at all. This is a joke and the joke is on me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi C Metz, have you connected your Twitter handle to your MCR account? If you're logged-in, you can connect your networks by clicking the "Social Networks" tab within the "Edit Settings" portion of your "Full Profile." Also note that your Twitter profile must be public in order to participate.

I finally got through to a "live" person (Mellissa) on the phone. As you advised, there were settings on my Twitter profile that needed adjusting. I was able to claim my reward. I don't consider myself computer illiterate and this was a huge challenge for me. I don't think the Beta MCR was rolled out very well and certainly the technical aspects for the consumer are far too complicated. Coke should rethink this or at least make these rewards available to those on the older Rewards site. Thanks for your assistance.
