I have not received my books i have order 6 to 8 weeks ago. and i don't see any record of my orger but they toke my points.

Hi Terri, have you received your code via email?

No i have not. I had two orders of the book and either one has been received.

This isen't the first time this has happened. This happened over 6 months ago also and i call and they did nothing about it Last time or this time.
