Blank reward space. No Code | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Haven't received an answer to this. I have a My Coke Rewards Official Code blank. There is no code in the rectangle. There is nothing at all. This is from a 12 can Sprite carton. It costs more than the code is worth to send it to you. I sent a scan of it yesterday, but haven't received a reply. How do I get the 10 points that I have earned by purchasing this carton? Thanks!
