blank screen on if I won or not after taking my points. | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I asked a question about why I lost my points for three contests I entered For costco and another one the other day. I entered the points it took them then the next screen was blank. Did I win? or did it just take my points again. I do not know . I would like to know .

Hey there Kevin. We will gladly assist you with this over the phone. Just give us a call at 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday and follow these directions: Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can assist you to make sure these codes were entered.
