blue tooth bracelet does not work | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

i just got my bluetooth bracelet i could not get it on my dad finally tried and he got it on it worked for about 5 mins it started bugging out and would not stop ringing so i plugged it in to reset like it said and now it wont turn on again i dont know if its a dud or what but please help

Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually, either to provide you with a replacement reward or to refund your points.
