I turned in 50 coke rewards during the time that your website was offering double points on 12 packs. I did not receive the double points. I have emailed customer service twice and I get back the same form letter every time. I need someone to fix this, not another email that no one is reading!! my ticket number is 8004045132

Hi Rochelle, the most recent Double Points promotion ended at 11:59 p.m. EST on 11/28. Unfortunately there was not a Double Points promotion going on on 12/1.
