At least you got an email. I had no idea my points were to be expiring, they just vanished. And Chip, the Virtual Agent, is nice but unhelpful.
Our team can reinstate your points if Chip was unable to help, Greta. Just call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
