Boxes of Joy claiming entry issue | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Hi, I am trying to play the Boxes of Joy game, I have entered in 5 codes that tell me I have an entry and must claim it by Jan. 5 - however, I never get to "claim" it or play the game. When I go to my full profile, and under unclaimed rewards, it is blank. I do have 5 notifications stating I have an entry to play. I have cleared my cache and rebooted - but still not able to play.. can you help me? Thank you in advance!
