Why did MCR discontinue the program with the hotels, were you bought discounted hotel rooms with points. The discontinuation of this program is the single reason that most of my family stopped entering points into their accounts and redeeming rewards, in fact some have even closed their accounts. We used these discounted rooms for a night away with the kids, to romantic weekends, and trips down to Disney World.
