Broken Cookie Jar | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I redeemed 1,050 points towards a cookie jar that turned out all broken up through the mail, how would i go about returning it for a new one?

Hi Heather, we apologize for your dissatisfaction in your recent reward redemption. Please give us a call anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday at 866-674-2653 to speak with an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually, either to provide you with a replacement reward or to refund your points.
