Broken Steamer

Ordered a steamer from you folks (1000 points!) and when it arrived, it didn't work. I sent an e-mail on 11/17, got a reference number (00970418) but nobody has gotten back to me. I'm very dissapointed that I saved up points all year long, and the steamer I was looking so forward to doesn't work! Please help, Coke.
